• Carl Zeiss in Jena G.Z.IIII

    Pre WWI G.Z.IIII Prismatic scope or “Teleweit” made by Carl Zeiss in Jena. This sight was one of the very first telescopic sights made by Zeiss in the early 1900’s. These scopes, going from the model GZ I to GZ IV, were the ancestors of the high quality sniper scopes used in later wars.

  • Carl Zeiss Jena “Zielvier” 4×81 scope

    This scope was made by Carl Zeiss in Jena. The Zielvier 4×81 model characteristics were used as a standard for the “ZF39” denomination. Following its meter dial and serial number, this scope was probably used by the Reichswehr in the late 20’s or early 30’s.
